Rules & Regulations
- Awards will be made on the basis of the judges' cumulative average score
- All winning films selected for screening must be subtitled in English
- No travel, payment or accommodation will be provided
- In order to submit a fil you must have the rights or permission from the owner
- Films must be made after 2018
- All fees are non-refundable
- Not all winning films will be selected for the screening
- All winners receive certificates
